What does “Natsukashii” mean?
Natsukashii is a Japanese concept that evokes a sense of warmth, appreciation, and nostalgia for the beautiful moments, memories, and cultures that shape who we are.
Our founder, Ocean Baker, was deeply drawn to this concept because he wanted every piece of apparel and wall art to trigger those exact feelings of continuous nostalgia and great memories for whoever owns them. Every piece we create is a nod to this idea—blending cultural storytelling with premium craftsmanship to create an enduring, high-quality staple meant to be grabbed over and over again. Who designs Natsukashii Ink apparel?
Every single item—from our ultra-luxury tees and heavy hoodies to our keychains, prints, and stickers—begins as original artwork created by our founder, CEO, and visionary designer, Ocean Baker.
Ocean’s self-taught, DIY spirit is stitched into every garment. His creative process is personally inspired by a deep passion for illustration, fine art, and design, drawing stylistic elements from Japanese tattoo aesthetics, West Coast culture, and global streetwear. Rather than following mainstream fashion trends, Ocean focuses on raw artistic storytelling, ensuring that every drop remains an exclusive, authentic piece of wearable art.
Where have I seen Natsukashii Ink before?
You might have spotted us on the red carpet! Natsukashi Ink has gained incredible traction in Hollywood and across the entertainment industry. We have been featured at premier celebrity gifting suites and lounges during Oscars® week and Emmys week, where our limited-edition trucker hats became instant classics among collectors, trendsetters, and influencers.
But our roots run deep in the community. When we aren’t in Hollywood, you can find us showcasing our latest drops at major tattoo conventions, Japanese cultural shows, and local community pop-up markets across Canada. Are your products ethically and sustainably made?
Yes. We consciously distance ourselves from the cycles of fast fashion and mass production. Instead, we hold an exceptional baseline for our production processes, prioritizing ethical sourcing, premium heavy textiles, and sustainable practices.
We believe in creating high-quality wearable art that is built for longevity—meant to last in your wardrobe, not land in a landfill. This mindset extends to our packaging and promotional materials as well; we are proud to say that a high ratio of our print media, including our posters and stickers, is created using recycled and reusable materials.

Do you offer custom designs or apparel commissions?

How do I find out about your upcoming artist collaborations and pop-up events?
We are deeply rooted in the community and tour frequently! We regularly host high-energy pop-up markets, showcase at premier tattoo conventions, and drop exclusive, limited-edition collaborations.

Yes! Natsukashi Ink artwork, custom book covers, apparel, and specialized merchandise are accessible for wardrobe use, commercial styling, podcast backgrounds, and television/film set props.
Do you offer wholesale or consignment opportunities for retail spaces?
We are actively expanding our footprint and open to selective wholesale and consignment partnerships, particularly with established tattoo shops, boutique streetwear hubs, and art-centered retail spaces looking to carry exclusive drops. Please contact us directly to review terms.
SHIPPING, ORDERS & RETURNS
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We ship our wearable art globally so you can represent the brand from anywhere in the world.
As a bonus for our domestic community, we offer Free Shipping on all Canadian orders over $75. For international shipments, shipping rates and delivery times will vary and are automatically calculated at checkout based on your global location.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. While the website highlights free shipping parameters for Canadian domestic orders, Natsukashi Ink ships globally. Standard domestic shipments typically arrive within typical courier windows, but international shipping times will vary depending on destination logistics.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard fulfillment takes 2–4 business days as we carefully prepare and package your premium gear.
Once dispatched, shipping times vary depending on your location:

You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order leaves our facility so you can follow its journey right to your door.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Because many of our drops feature highly limited-edition items, exclusive artist collaborations, or custom 1-of-1 creations, our inventory changes rapidly.
If you experience an issue with your order size or product craftsmanship, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or 14 days from your physical purchase at a trade show or event) so we can make it right. Exchanges are strictly subject to item availability, as we print in small, exclusive batches.
